Infinity Mindz needs an E-Commerce website to sell products, courses and book appointments.
I’ve been creating content and designing websites for over 13 years. I also teach every service I offer. I help businesses communicate their identity with branding assets, attract their visitors with custom website designs, convert customers with content & strategy as well as use marketing automation to help businesses and individuals track and measure their growth.
  • Home Page

    Your home page is one of the most visited pages so I feel that we need to display your services and best selling products without overwhelming customers but allowing them to see all that you offer.

  • About Page

    I can help you structure your bio so that your expertise and personality are conveyed. I would also add links to your services, your favourite products of the week or month (this allows you to have regular content for search engines and can be shared on Social Media).

  • Services Page

    I would suggest having a main services page with links to each individual service. Each service page should highlight key benefits of the service and have a testimonial where possible.

  • Courses Page

    You mentioned having courses- Like the services page, you should display all available courses with links to the individual course page.

  • Shop Page

    The shop should display the bestselling products and the products categories, which customers can click into and access. I would also include a link to the services on the shop page too as each service is also somewhat of a product..
    Products can be filtered by price and popularity on the individual category pages.

  • Individual Product Pages

    Each product would be split into categories, with a description, main image, image gallery (if you have enough photos of the product), any additional information for the user to know about the product e.g how to store it
    You can also have related products section and/or a section for items that can be paired together.

  • I will help you setup and configure your website to accept payments with PayPal and Stripe. Your site will take all bookings and product purchases the same way so that a customer can buy products and book a service within one order and one checkout process.
    You will receive a notification email for every new order and you will also be able to access the orders and customer information on the website through a log in system.
    We can customise the emails a customer receives when booking a service or buying a product.

  • Contact Page

    A simple form with form submissions being directed to your email address but also stored on the website dashboard.

  • Neccessary Pages

    * Privacy Policy: As you will be taking Personal Data on the form and through the checkout process, you are required by law to have a Privacy Policy stating how data is collected, used and stored and what rights the user has. There are several examples and templates of privacy policies online
    * Refunds & Cancellations Policy: A write up of what your policy is.
    * Terms of use/Terms & Conditions: The legally binding terms and conditions for use fo your site.

PROCESS & TIMESCALES

  • Step 1- Discover: Two design concepts will be designed for you. We'll go through these options and you decide which direction you want me to take and any adjustments.
  • Step 2- Design: Now that your design is locked-in, I can begin to construct the website. You will need to email all your content- text and images for all the pages on the website. You will also need to let us know the wording that you want to appear in the emails when users create an account/become a customer.
  • Step 3: Develop Using all the content you sent and the payment merchant information- your website is built. Once it's done, I'll present it to you and go through the details in accordance with the objectives originally set. Any amends are made at this stage.
  • Step 4: Deliver Your new website is launched and ready to accept bookings and purchases.
  • Total development time from start to finish: 3-5 Business days

    This depends on how soon I receive all your content. I will begin once I have all the content for your website.

YOUR INVESTMENT

Below you can find the one-off cost of my web design services. The deposit is paid upon signing your proposal and allows me to get straight on with developing your website.
  • WordPress E-Commerce Website Design £450.00

    Design and development of your new website with E-Commerce functionality.

  • Domain + Hosting (Website name & webspace)

    Your site will be hosted with one.com, a secure and reliable hosting company. The price after 1 year will be £70 per year (per website). I cover the cost of hosting and the domain for the first year. If you already have a domain, it can be transferred or you can purchase your own domain and hosting.

  • Total: £450.00
A 30% deposit (£135) is required to start the project with the remaining 70% due upon completion.
  • PAYMENT OPTION 2: 3 Month Plan £105 per month

    30% deposit: £135
    £105 each month for 3 months (this is a recurring payment for 3 months)

  • PAYMENT OPTION 3: 6 Month Plan £52.50 per month

    30% deposit: £135
    £52.50 each month for 6 months (this is a recurring payment for 6 months)

As my client, you have the power to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organisation. You agree to provide me with everything that I need to complete the project including text, images, fonts and other information as and when I need it, and in the format requested. You agree to review my work, provide feedback, and sign-off approval in a timely manner and are bound by any deadlines that we set together, as am I. You also agree to keep to the payment schedule set out in this proposal.


I have the experience and ability to perform the services you need and I will carry them out in a professional and timely manner. I will endeavour to meet all the deadlines set but am not responsible for a missed launch date or a deadline if you have been late in supplying materials or have not approved my work on time at any stage. I will also maintain the confidentiality of any information that you give me.

SERVICE DETAILS

I will create designs for the look, layout, and functionality of your website. This contract includes one main design and two opportunities for you to make revisions to the final design. If you are not happy with the design at that point, I will provide you with an additional quote for extra design work needed. If instead, you wish to cancel our agreement, you may do so and I will retain the initial payment for the work completed to date.

I am not responsible for writing any text copy. I will be happy to help with minor edits of your existing text that you have, but significant work on my part will result in a charge above the original price. This will not be done without your approval of an additional quote provided in advance.

Where needed, you will supply me with images otherwise I can use my image stock license to get relevant images for your site. If you choose to buy stock photographs that price will be added to the initial quote. Stock photography will not be purchased without your written approval.

CHANGES + REVISIONS

The quotation prices in this proposal are based on everything that you have told me you want to achieve. If you do want to change your mind, add extra pages or templates, or even add new functionality, that won’t be a problem. At that time you will be provided with an additional quote for the extra work.

LEGAL + COPYRIGHT

I am not liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this website and any other web pages—even if you have advised me of the possibilities of such damages.


You guarantee to me that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide me for inclusion in the website are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.


When I receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:

  • You own any graphics and other visual elements that I create for you for this project. I will give you a copy of all files and you should store them carefully as I am not required to keep them or provide any native source files that I used in making them.
  • You also own text content, images, and other data you provided unless someone else owns them. I own the CSS/style and design, and other code and I license it to you for use on only this project. You do not own the images that I provide through my license with Freepik.com and/or Adboe Stock and therefore you cannot use them elsewhere.
  • I also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of my portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in any publications.

PAYMENT

Our payment schedule will be as follows but may be revised based on further conversations between us.

PAYMENT OPTION 1:

  • 30% deposit: £135
  • [70%] of total fee on completion of the project: £315 (We reserve the right to add 10% of any outstanding balance every 7 days, starting from the 15th day after receipt of the finished product.)

PAYMENT OPTION 2:

  • 30% deposit: £135
  • [3 Month Plan] £105 each month for 3 months (this is a recurring payment for 3 months)

PAYMENT OPTION 3:

  • 30% deposit: £135
  • [6 Month Plan] £52.50 each month for 6 months (this is a recurring payment for 6 months)

Please note: Failure to make your monthly payments will result in your site being temporarily suspended until payment is made.



You cannot transfer this contract to anyone else without my permission. This contract stays in place and need not be renewed. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place.
