  • Home Page

    Your home page is one of the most visited pages so it really needs to give an intro into Circe and Eros with featured product(s), a summary of the brand story and blog/journal posts and/or photos to the different aspects of the website.

  • Shop All Page

    This can be titled 'Shop', 'Products' or any other page name you would like. The shop page can be filtered by category, price and popularity.

    The products will be broken down into categories- Lingerie, All Sex Toys, Gift Sets, Anal Toys, Vagina Toys, Penis Toys, Couples Play and Lubes & Accessories.

  • Individual Product Pages

    Each product should be split into categories, with a description, main image, image gallery (if you have enough photos of the product), any additional information for the user to know about the product e.g how to use it.

    You can also have related products section and/or a section for items that can be paired together.
    There will also be a section for current reviews and a space for users to add their review.

  • About/Bio/Our Story Page

    This is where you can tell your brand story and give the customer an insight into who you are, what the brand is about, what you stand for etc

  • I will help you setup and configure your website to accept payments with PayPal and Stripe. Your site will take all bookings and product purchases the same way so that a customer can buy products and book a service within one order and one checkout process.
    You will receive a notification email for every new order and you will also be able to access the orders and customer information on the website through a log in system.
    We can customise the emails a customer receives when booking a service or buying a product.

  • Contact Page

    A simple form with form submissions being directed to your email address but also stored on the website dashboard.

  • Neccessary Pages

    * Privacy Policy: As you will be taking Personal Data on the form and through the checkout process, you are required by law to have a Privacy Policy stating how data is collected, used and stored and what rights the user has. There are several examples and templates of privacy policies online
    * Refunds & Cancellations Policy: A write up of what your policy is.
    * Terms of use/Terms & Conditions: The legally binding terms and conditions for use fo your site.

PROCESS & TIMESCALES

  • Step 1- Discover: Two design concepts will be designed for you. We'll go through these options and you decide which direction you want me to take and any adjustments.
  • Step 2- Design: Now that your design is locked-in, I can begin to construct the website. You will need to email all your content- text and images for all the pages on the website. You will also need to let us know the wording that you want to appear in the emails when users create an account/become a customer.
  • Step 3: Develop Using all the content you sent and the payment merchant information- your website is built. Once it's done, I'll present it to you and go through the details in accordance with the objectives originally set. Any amends are made at this stage.
  • Step 4: Deliver Your new website is launched and ready to accept bookings and purchases.
  • Total development time from start to finish: 5-10 business days

    This depends on how soon I receive all your content. I will begin once I have all the content for your website.

On 21st March 2022, You (Taneisha Bishop) hired Me (Rozina Mwanahiba | Nina Rose Creative) to design and develop a custom E-Commerce website for Circe and Eros LLC, for the estimated total price of $699.00.


I have the experience and ability to perform the services you need and I will carry them out in a professional and timely manner. I will endeavour to meet all the deadlines set but am not responsible for a missed launch date or a deadline if you have been late in supplying materials or have not approved my work on time at any stage. I will also maintain the confidentiality of any information that you give me.

SERVICE DETAILS

I agreed to create designs for the look, layout, and functionality of your website. This contract included one main design and two opportunities for you to make revisions to the final design.

I am not responsible for writing any text copy. I will be happy to help with minor edits of your existing text that you have, but significant work on my part will result in a charge above the original price. This will not be done without your approval of an additional quote provided in advance.

Where needed, you will supply me with images otherwise I can use my image stock license to get relevant images for your site. If you choose to buy stock photographs that price will be added to the initial quote. Stock photography will not be purchased without your written approval.

LEGAL + COPYRIGHT

I am not liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this website and any other web pages—even if you have advised me of the possibilities of such damages.


You guarantee to me that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide me for inclusion in the website are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them.


Copyright is automatically assigned as follows:

  • You own any graphics and other visual elements that I created for you for this project. You should store them carefully as I am not required to keep them or provide any native source files that I used in making them.
  • You also own text content, images, and other data you provided unless someone else owns them. I own the CSS/style and design, and other code and I license it to you for use on only this project. You do not own the images that I provide through my license with Freepik.com and/or Adboe Stock and therefore you cannot use them elsewhere.
  • I also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of my portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in any publications.

PAYMENT

You agreed to a 12 month payment plan.

12 MONTH PAYMENT PLAN:

  • Deposit paid: $149
  • $46 each month for 12 months (this is a recurring payment for 12 months excluding VAT/Tax)

Please note: Failure to make your monthly payments will result in your site being temporarily suspended until payment is made.

You domain name and hosting is a complimentary service but should you opt not to continue using my service, you will be required to pay $99 to have your domain and hosting on your own server



You cannot transfer this contract to anyone else without my permission. This contract stays in place and need not be renewed. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place.
